Murcia on the Costa Calida, is one of Spain's fastest developing regions. Famous for its La Manga Club golf resort, it has a population of 1.3million people, is rich in culture and scenic beauty and enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year.

Property prices are 50% lower than the adjacent Costa del Sol, with the average property values rising at 29% per annum. The capital appreciation on the new resorts, from inception to completion, is typically over 60%.
The two existing international airports are easily reached within 2hr30 from most UK airports, and a further airport is under construction. The region also benefits from excellent sea, road and rail links.
